Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Preparing the Basmati Rice:
- Rinse 1 cup of Basmati rice in a bowl of water.
- Continue rinsing until the water runs clear, removing excess starch from the rice grains.
- Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Cooking the Basmati Rice:
- In a pot, add the soaked rice and water. For every 1 cup of rice, use 1 cup of water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and salt to taste.
